Find out which sausage casings are best, and pick up tips to help you make and flavour your own delicious sausages for the long summer barbeques.

 

The course will feature a hands on ‘make your own sausages’ session, where you take your own creations home after they have been put to the taste test against the other course participants over a cold drink.

Course runs from 9am 12.30pm approx.
After course refreshment will be provided

    Fantastic course. Bought this as a present for my husband and he attended with a friend. They had the best time, learned lots and came home with some beautiful tasting sausages. They want to go again!

    Highly recommend this course to others…especially small groups of friends looking to do something different.
